SO/ Maldives is all set for the celebration of Orthodox Easter, offering guests an exceptional culinary journey curated by renowned celebrity Chef Mirko Zago. From May 5th to May 8th, guests will have the exclusive opportunity to indulge in a series of gourmet journey prepared by Chef Mirko, promising an unparalleled gastronomic experience.
Hailing from Italy, Chef Mirko boasts an impressive culinary background, having helmed esteemed establishments featured in prestigious guides such as the MICHELIN Guide and Gambero Rosso. With a philosophy rooted in utilizing fresh, seasonal ingredients, Chef Mirko’s dishes are renowned for their simplicity and bold flavours, achieved through meticulous ingredient selection and innovative techniques.
Chef Mirko will present three exclusive dining with Mediterranean flair. The highlight of Chef Mirko’s culinary showcase will be on May 5th and 8th, with a 6-course signature menu titled “Via Con Me” (Follow Me), inviting guests on a delectable journey through his iconic flavours and dishes. On May 6th, guests will also have an exclusive opportunity to participate in a culinary masterclass led by Chef Mirko himself, where they can learn the art of crafting homemade pasta and indulging into its rich flavours with a panoramic view of the Indian Ocean.
In addition to the culinary delights, SO/ Maldives offers various activations for kids at The Nest kids club, ensuring a fun-filled experience for the little ones. Moreover, guests seeking holistic rejuvenation can avail themselves of the services of Dr. A. Aradhana, a renowned holistic healer, yoga expert, and naturopath practitioner available at the resort until 15th May 2024, as part of the Wellness Camp wellness and holistic programming.
